Adelina L. (Palermo) Pitner, 90, of Warren, and former resident of Chandler's Valley, passed away on Saturday, December 30, 2023, at St. Vincent Hospital in Erie, PA. Adelina was born December 10, 1933, in Kittanning, PA, the daughter of the late Joseph Palermo and Katherine Castanzo Palermo. She graduated from Kittanning High School and was employed at Blair Corporation for over 20 years from which she retired. She enjoyed puzzles, gardening, and will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She is survived by her four children. In addition to her parents, Adelina is preceded in death by her husband, Irwin Pitner in 2005; and her five siblings. Services for Adelina will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
