Judith “Judy” Ann Howard passed away on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at the age of 78. She was born February 22nd, 1943, in Warren, PA, a daughter of the late William and Julia Taylor. Judy was a Warren resident for most of her life, where she and Clifford raised their three children for many years. The pair recently moved to Youngstown, OH to be closer to their son Christopher, who was and is as devoted to his mother as she was to him all of her life; raising him was her greatest joy. Ave. E., Warren, PA from 11 am until 1 pm, at which time a funeral service will be held with Rev. Bill Beaty, pastor, Grace United Methodist Church, officiating. Covid restrictions will apply. My deepest sympathy to the Howard Family. Judy and I worked together in the 1960's at Syvania. She was always so happy and full of life. I can still hear her laughter. Judy was a wonderful person. RIP Judy.

To Judy’s Family,
I was sad to see Judy had passed....I worked with Judy at Beaty in the Cafeteria. What a delight she always was! I think of her and have to smile. The picture in the newspaper was perfect...exactly how I remember her. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Best, Sandee Geer

Cliff and Christopher,

Our sincere condolences to you and your family. Memories of sitting together at the karate practices, soccer practices/games watching our children play and fellowship. What a great time together!!! Cliff, seeing you while you were working at Walmart, we would stop to chat and do a little catchup time about life. Chris, my last visit with you was at your place of employment at the court house. I wasn't in the best of moods that day, but it was soooo nice to see a familiar face. You made me feel much better. Again, we are so sorry for your loss.

So many memories of the last 50 years that we have known Judy as a neighbor will never be forgotten! We will forever miss receiving our very first Christmas card every year from she and her loving husband. We were sad to see them move away in 2019 but so thankful she had her last precious year near their wonderful son and grandson. RIP Judy. Take Care Cliff and God bless you!

Dear Cliff, Christopher, Heather and Kim, I was so sad to see the obituary in the paper for Judy. I have so many fond memories of her when you kids were at Russell School. She had such a pretty smile. Please accept my deepest sympathy and know I will keep you all in my prayers. I would like to know what you all are doing now. I always enjoyed catching up with what you kids were up to and Cliff I miss seeing you at Walmart. Hugs! Sue
