My deepest sympathies to each of you. As a little girl remembering Pat helping us eat out of cereal boxes while camping, to the times that I was again blessed to then have my children be blessed by Grandma Pat's presence when they were little. The years go by too quickly, but moments of happy times become memories to treasure a lifetime. I loved working with Pat at WGH also. Our thoughts and prayers remain with all of you as you celebrate the beautiful soul she is and how she truly touched and blessed all around her. With love, Deb & Matt

Pat worked for me for a number of years at the Crescent Park Health Clinic during the late 90's and early 2000's. She was a wonderful women, great nurse and had a cool sense of humor and I loved kidding around with her. I remember her very fondly. To Dave and her entire family I offer my prayers and sincere condolences.
