William Dean Nuhfer, age 60, of Warren, passed away at his residence on Friday, August 31, 2018 from a lengthy battle with cancer. He was born in Warren, PA. to Patrick Nuhfer of Warren, and the late Ruth Nuhfer. Bill graduated in 1976 from Warren Area High School. He was employed for many years at Keystone Subaru and most recently at Lowe’s Home Improvement Store. Bill is survived by two sons; Jeffrey Nuhfer of State College and Jason (Mandy Anderson) Nuhfer of Warren, by a grandson Channing Nuhfer, and by his girlfriend, Jen Warren Anderson of Warren. Ina dddition to his father, Bill is survived by four siblings; Sharon Nuhfer, Thomas (Dolly) Nuhfer, Chris (Craig) McKillip, and Dan Nuhfer. Bill was preceded in death by his wife, Cheryl Means Nuhfer, and his mother Ruth Nuhfer. Bill was a good father. He was always quick to find the humor in any situation and had a sharp whit and a smile to match his upbeat personality. He will be missed by all who knew him. Friends will be received at the Peterson-Blick Funeral Home, 1003 Pennsylvania Ave. East in Warren on Friday, September 7 th from 10 am until 12 noon, at which time a memorial service will be held, with Rev. Jim Gutting, pastor, Holy Redeemer Church, officiating. Memorial contributions, in place of flowers, may be made to the Warren Cancer Center, 2 Crescent Park, Warren, PA.16365

I am soo sorry to learn about bills passing! we were good friends, and worked together in a cable construction co. for a few years and allways had a good time and a lot of laughs on the job! we were in Saratoga n.y. with dave keller and we laughed so hard sometimes we couldn't stand it! my heart goes out to the family, and wish I could have been there one last time!..... so long good buddy!.....gods speed, and god bless you and your family!
