Probst family,
Gus was a year ahead of me at both A.V. and S.A.H.S. We took a couple of years of architectural drafting class together in high school, and a more humble, nicer, and quietly funny guy you'll not meet. I will always remember Gusty fondly. My thoughts are with you.

Going to miss this guy like crazy. A really good friend, and fun to hang around with. Will never forget the last time we all went to the fireworks down in Sheffield together. PRICELESS! Rest easy old friend.

Gus was man who could find joy in anything handed to him -- there was always a joke to be made, and he had a great laugh to follow. He certainly knew how to have a good time, and that he did! He loved his toys, and toys he had, from classic cars to every wood working tool imaginable. He was a friend and an Uncle to me, and was taken from us before his time. He will be missed in so many ways, and my heart goes out to my family. Even though I am not there, my thoughts are with you during this time. Sending my deepest sympathy and love.
